The Africa Blockchain Center (the “ABC”) is a Kenyan start-up company that focuses on building technological capacity and offering blockchain-based solutions to key sectors in the African economy. They aim to help propel Africa into the fourth industrial revolution by building platforms and programs that provide support, education, and advisory services for blockchain projects to ensure industry readiness in this next stage of the technological revolution.
The Africa Blockchain Center will become the leading authority and experts when it comes to the growth and adoption of the entire blockchain ecosystem, seeking to explore the technology and the top projects and teams in the industry, incubating blockchain start-ups for a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional, thriving technological ecosystem benefitting not only the continent but the world.

The Africa Blockchain Center and Sheesha Finance shares a similar passion in the utilization of blockchain technology to work towards the betterment of humanity. Pieme is a unique, one-of-a-kind platform that connects people to authentic home-cooked local dishes prepared by people in the communities around them. The essence of Pieme is to provide a platform where people can connect through their shared love for authentic, home-cooked local dishes, bringing people together and building friendlier, stronger communities.
The Sheesha Foundry Genesis incubation project will enable Sheesha to provide the support and resources needed for projects such as Pieme to not only successfully launch but thrive in their sectors.

With a focus on ensuring that Africa will have access to the resources they need to be frontrunners and true leaders in this space, the ABC and have already established themselves in a strong position to be able to accomplish this long-term mission. The African Blockchain Center has already established a 7-figure investment from top firms such as Chymia Consulting HK Limited, and have partnered with Emurgo, Algorand, and Adanian Labs.
